Ceramic and porcelain artist.
She was born in Nagymányok in 1953.
In 1979, she graduated from the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts (today: Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design) in porcelain design under master ceramicist Imre Schrammel. In 2008 she received a DLA degree from Janus Pannonius University of Pécs (today: University of Pécs).
She began participating in the work of the Siklós Ceramic Artists’ House in 1979 and became its artistic director in 1990.
In 1991?1992, she was a founding member of the TERRA Group.
Since 1996, she has been giving seminars at various amateur art centres in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
In 1998, she was elected as a member of the Swiss Ceramists’ Association.
Some of her more important professional distinctions include awards at the National Ceramics Biennial, Pécs, Hungary (1992, 1994, 1996); the 2nd National Ceramics Quadrennial, Pécs, Hungary (2017); and the National Ceramic Art Biennial, Pécs, Hungary (2021).
Her works can be found in several public collections in Hungary and abroad
