Graphic artist. He worked in Vienna until 1910; between 1910 and 1914 he worked in Zurich and
Brussels. He was a lecturer at the Budapest Academy of Applied Arts from 1941 onwards. He
produced book illustrations and bookplates, and was regarded as one of the most important picture
postcard designers of the Wiener Werkstätte.
