The narrowing bowl stands on a broad base it has a curving handle and a turning tin lid with a knob. The blue surface is divided by yellow and white horizontal lines at the base and neck. There is a stylized pink flower stem painted in green, yellow and white, opposite the handle. A line of lace motifs runs round the base under the flower.
