The conical foot support a cup divided into four sections. The foot is carved and gilt, with stylised Neo-Renaissance foliage and floral motifs. The sections of the body are gilt and silvered, enriched with carved, flowery boughs. A spot-line stripe runs along just one centimetre below the top rim, with similar decoration. The shaping and the decoration style of the object is a kind of geometrical Neo-Renaissance.
