The prismatic plinth stands on seven jointed feet, supporting columns and the clock. The two sides of the plinth show ornamental vases of gilt wood, while the protruding, semicircular middle is decorated with a naked female figure with her child. Each of the wooden applications was separately carved and riveted afterwards. The floral ornaments enclosing the case and the garland hanging at the front were made with the same technique. The top shows an ornamental vase with floral motifs carved in relief. The dial of the clock shows Arabic numerals and the inscription: Andreas Bemillner in Stuhlweissenburg. The pendulum is made of brass behind is a rectangular mirror with wooden frame.
