The chair stands on cabriole front legs the ones at the back are straight. The detachable seat narrows backwards in a curve the tapering, square-shaped back support is flanked by a column on each side at the top there is a pierced and carved pediment of three ogees. The upholstery of the seat and back show Neo-Rococo floral motifs. The basic formation of the chair is Neo-Rococo, which, influenced by the Romantic architecture of the age, used columns and Gothic tracery as decoration.
