The naked female figure is sitting on a round stand covered with a scarf, resting her right leg on the left, and combing her hair. Its companion piece, the woman pulling a thorn from her foot.(Cat. No. 262). is also in the collection of the Budapest Museum of Applied Arts. They were probably made in the same workshop.
