The deep, slightly splayed bowl stands on a short, splayed foot. Its exterior is decorated with a landscape scene, and the interior shows a room with a four-poster bed to the left. Behind the bed is a shelf, and above it a window. To the right, we see a fire-place. The woman sitting in the foreground holds a baby in her lap, another woman bends towards her and holds a kerchief in her hand. Between them are a ball and a dish on the floor. Painted in black, blue, green, ochre, yellow, and white, with black contours.
