Unusually for Ottoman stirrups, the treads are straight rather than curved. The outer sides are chased with lotus flowers, while a reticular pattern covers the ridges running down from the top. The Turkish goldsmith's mark and traces of an unidentified assay mark can be seen on the cast loops.
