Inside is a round medallion with a putto leaning against a skull, and with a candle, sand-glass and flower. There is an inscription around it: HODIE MIHI CRAS TIBI. On the rim eight medallions alternate with masks, representing the symbolical figures of the four seasons with inscriptions. On the reverse side is a new hook.
