Hexagonal shape. On one side are male figures fighting with spears across a targe with the initials HH and in inscription: MICHEL VEIT FRISCH FROELICH ARM VND ERLICH VND AVCH FRVM IST MEIN REICTHV (Michel Veit, my fortune is fresh, gay, lean and honest and also docile) written backwards. On the other side is a targe supported by a lion, with the initials WS and motto running round IN VERBUM CAROS FACTUM EST ALLELUIA ET HABITAVIT. Marked 1570 on the edge.
