The two handles of the oval bowl are shells framed by pairs of volutes with cast foliate ornaments. On the longer sides the curving rim slopes steeply. The same coats-of-arms on both sides: oval shield in a cartouche, in the blue chief two face-like sun- disks surrounded by two five-pointed gold stars. In the gold field of the shield are cheverons. On two sides below are unpainted crickets, and above the lower one a five pointed star. The cup has a circular foot with beaded decoration and fluting. On the lower side of the pear-shaped body is an openwork decoration with wavy ornament. It has a projecting and extending neck with a tapering cover following the line of the spout. It has a shell- shaped finial with naturalistic floral ornaments. The cover has a wavy, fluted edge. The handle has a shell-shaped socket. It has the same coat-of-arms as the bowl. The city’s mark is on the edge of the spout, the illegible master's mark is on the edge of the foot.
