Armchair: The straight square legs are tied by stretchers on three sides, while the ones on the right and left side are connected with a third stretcher. The seat is trapezoid there are three rods, ending in stylised flowers, in the frame of the slightly splayed, rectangular back-support the middle one is pierced. The S-shaped arm-rests lean on curved supports. The chair is identical with the armchair, without the arm-rests. The rectangular back-support is typical of Sheraton furniture by the year 1800, the use of horse-hair as upholstery was becoming fairly popular in England.
