The egg-shaped body has a broad, short neck, a splaying top rim, a small spout and a curved handle. The thick, coulé glaze is purple ivory-coloured at the top rim, on the edges of the handle and also on the vertical ribs of the neck. There is a small turquoise surface around the shoulder-line. The foot is ringed with silvergilt, the body is enriched with three bent iris stems.
