Corner tile. The front framed by roll-work with a mask in the middle of the top. In the central field is a female figure eating fruit, she sits on a cassone or a bench a basket of fruit and a carafe beside her. Behind the basket a putto appears, holding a pineapple. There is a monkey eating fruit in the background and a parrot above it, sitting on a branch. The scene is a symbol of one of the senses, taste. The side is decorated with a stylized flower springing from a carafe. Companion piece: Inv. No. 53.4679.
