A rectangular landscape scene recalling Japanese woodcuts, flamed over brownish green velvet. In the foreground, there is a leaved chrysanthemum bough with a wavy stem, revealing two parallel mountain lines in the background. Velour nacré, an example of pyrograph, was invented and patented ail over the world by the artist. She participated in the 1902 Torino exhibition with fifteen objects, probably including this one.
