The pear-shaped body stands on a short, circular foot it is divided by eight bulging drops. The jug is equipped with a large, pipe neck with a ring, and a splaying, broad top rim. There is a ring at the bottom third of the neck, where the small, stirrup handle joins at the side. On the confronting side of the body, there is a spout ending in a four-petalled flower. The shape of the object follows 17th-18th century Persian rosewater sprinklers. The whole surface of the body is iridescent.
