The broad foot rises conically in the middle, supporting the sugar-shaped body. There are moulded lion masks on both sides where the long, gradually tapering neck starts. It ends in a splaying top rim. The whole surface of the vase is decorated with red, turquoise, green, opaque white and cop-per aventurine threads and spots. The top rim is opaque green the lion masks are bluish and opaque. The form of the vase is classical, the decoration, the colours and the moulded masks use the traditions of Renaissance glass art in Venice-Murano.
