The cover page depicts an allegorical female figure, wearing a laurel wreath on her head, in a bodice with stylized flower ornaments. She is sowing grains from her apron, with a typical motion of the classic peasant. The three coat of arms of arts are placed at the top, on the header row, two of them written with inscriptions, the third showing the symbols of applied arts.
