The chair stands on four curved, edged, prismatic legs. The sides of the trapezoid seat are wavy, curved. The middle part of the back support is divided into four rods, carved with pierced flowers. The curved, widening top is upholstered in leather. Marked with a stencilled note in ink, on the bottom of the seat upholstery: «Schmidt Miksa / Budapest / V. Lipót Körut 3,4,6 Rudolf - tér 2 / Báthory utcza 3. / Friedrich Otto Schmidt / Wien».
