Each chair is supported by two curved, cabriole legs at the front and two simple, fluted ones at the back. The trapezoidal seat has curved sides, while the cartouche-shaped back support is surmounted by a pierced stirrup handle. The legs, the seat rail and the frame of the back are decorated with leaves and flowers.
Previously mistakenly identified as Victorian era English Furniture.
