There is a naturalistic flower of four petals with a pearl in the centre, placed in the middle of a tendril with buds that coil in both directions. There is a curved leaf under the flower, on both sides. The whole surface is enamelled, shaded with delicate, rich colours: light pink, greenish yellow and green. The hook at the back was probably for a pendent pearl or any other decorative part.
