The top and bottom of the front board is decorated with parallel lines, revealing the author's name at the top and BUDAPEST, FRANKLIN-TÁRSULAT at the bottom. The centre field shows an ornament of leaved tendrils, narrowing in the middle, holding the title as a peculiar stemmed postament. The author's name and the title can also be read on the smooth spine. The endpaper is simple, white paper.
