The large, flat tray stands on five plain, underrated claw feet. The indented bowls serve as holders for the desserts. The rim is enframed with wire, and then pierced. The middle part of the rim is enriched with jewels, alternating with almandines, emeralds and spear-shaped enamelled mounts. The surface of the bowl contains five blue, enamelled shell decorations, with garlands above them. Between the shells, there are posts, supporting cupid figures with different attributes: a hammer, a wheel, a cogwheel, in a miner's cap. The five-armed candleholder is supported by the central bun of a broad bottom.
