The round top is combined with the frieze it is supported by six black-stained and polished columns of gilt heads and bottoms. The columns stand on a round plate held by four bun feet. The inside of the frieze shows an inscription, written in pencil, probably a later marking: ,,1830 Paksi Sandor asztalos”, and two other texts from 1957 and 1968, written on paper and glued on the underside of the table, reporting later repair.
