Settee: stands on three front and three back legs, all of them are splaying, cylindrical and fluted. The middle pair of legs is joined by a plain stretcher. There is a rosette in a square on the seat rail. The upholstered seat, arm and back supports are combined together, with a straight top. The arm supports are carved with voluted frets the horizontal arm rests are upholstered in the middle. The construction and decoration of the bergére-type armchairs are identical with that of the settee. The seat rail of both armchairs is impressed with the 7 mm signature of P GERARD.
