The long, rectangular, matching door fittings are pierced with a stylized vase and asters springing from it, enriched with two butterflies. The curved top resembles a stylized domed trellis. The right one has a keyhole and a pierced part protruding to the side, with a hole in the middle for the door knob. The door fittings by Theodore Lambert were purchased by the Budapest Museum of Applied Arts at the 1900 Paris International Exhibition, together with an armchair (Inv.No. 5923) and a shelf (Inv.No. 5404). The latter has a pierced decoration similar to those on the panels. The series was already exhibited at the 1899 Paris Salon.
