The body of each part of this set is covered with extremely refined - recalling the products of the Austrian J. &L. Lobmeyr company - ornaments. Some motifs, however - the cornflower, the stylised pomegranate - are taken from the historicizing, oriental-Hungarian style. Concerning the technical quality and aesthetic impression of this set, it is a remarkable and outstanding group of glass objects.
