The round foot supports a bulging bottom that slims again in a curve towards the top. The top rim is equipped with a copper ring. The surface of the vase is covered with so-called ’’clouded enamel” in bluish, violet and greenish colours. (A vase with similar shape but made of glazed stoneware, designed by Pál Horti, was exhibited at the 1898 Christmas exhibition, see Magyar Iparművészet vol.2, 1899, p.63.).
