The straight plain foot supports a narrowing, jar-like body. The wavy top rim splays above the short neck, indented in a square. Seven snow-drop stems are engraved on the brown-covered surface, starting from the bottom and reaching up to the top rim. The bent stems have one blowwom on the right, one on the left and one at the top. The pattern creates a rhythmic lattice, with the flower blossoms arranged in three rows, in fields divided by the stems. The light colour of the original material appears at the indented patterns, coloured green by the transparent cover glaze. The inside of the dish is covered by light brown glaze. The object was exhibited at the 1902 Christmas exhibition of the Society for Applied Arts, and can be identified with No.l. among the “Gróh- dishes” in the catalogue. The price was “2 Kor”(onas).
