Lacking pieces on the rims and corners. Restored by Mrs. Katalin Horváth-Csontos in 1996 The square tiles are border tiles of a wall surface. The top, bent rim is profiled, so that the tiles could be mounted on plastered and painted wall surfaces. The profiled rims also gave a white border for the green- printed surface of the tile. The pattern is endless, consists of dynamically curving stylized flower stems with buds, leaves and blossoms of loose petals. The background has a darker screen the inside lines of the contours separated the plane patches. This pattern can be related to the border patterns of the Viennese Karl Brendler und Söhne, Wien K.u.K. Hof-Schriftgiesserei Hof-Graiver-Anstalt company.
