The protruding, oval plinth supports a dish with slightly lobed rim. It is decorated with rocailles on the sides and equipped with handles on the two narrow sides. The dish is painted blue, the rims are gilt, the handles are white. The surface shows the large, rounded picture of the Industry Hall, painted in brownish colour in a white frame with gold borders, with the inscription A MAGYAR ORSZAGOS KIALLITAS IPARCSARNOKA BUDAPEST 1885. The space between the circular picture and the handles is enriched by white and gold, rich foliage.
