Along the edges, the border shows alternating apple trees and full fruit baskets, surmounted by two rows of small, leafed trees. The corners are decorated with peacocks leaning towards each other. The narrow, rectangular field depicts small, leafed trees alternating with swan couples, with stylized flower stems in between. There are four rosettes of fruit boughs in the middle. The twelve napkins are decorated with a smaller and simpler version of the pattern of the tablecloth. The design of the damask tablecloth made for the Norbert Langer and Sons Company and exhibited at the Paris International Exhibition, was published in The Studio, vol. 20, 1902, p. 55.
