The five hooped keg is supported by three voluted legs, with half-naked figures emerging from them. The two female figures are dressed in yellow and red, while faun wears a blue veil. The top side of the yellow keg with golden hoops is painted in purple and red, with miniature harbour-scenes in oval fields. The cover-plates are decorated with golden arabesques surmounted by chinoiserie genres of many figures, in the manner of Horoldt. The colours are blue, red and black. A blue sword mark, painted under glaze, appears on the base.
