The ladle forms a stretched oval. Its handle joins the ladle with a knob, and a V-shaped, carved junction on the reverse. The handle is splayed, with a flat carving it is decorated with small bunches of flowers. The middle of the handle depicts a scene: a beheaded convict, with a crying child at his feet, lies at the feet of his executioner, who holds a sword. Two figures, sitting on thrones in semi-profile, surmount the scene. There are inscriptions on the ladle, made later than the handle: "Paresti m" and "R.S."
