The cover of the oval box opens on hinges its outside shows a couple in scenery, wearing rococo clothes. The inside is decorated with an angel pointing at a cross on the table, with St. Theresa of Avila in front of him. The side of the box is decorated with a copule sitting under trees, playing music. The lady plays the lute, while the man plays the flute.
