The total surface of the oval box is decorated with vertical flutes. The middle of the bottom is engraved with a round shield showing a flower with leaves. Flowery foliage appears on the sides, while the cover is chased with musical instruments, in an oval framework of ribbons. Marked (with city and maker's mark) on the inside of the cover and bottom.
