The oval box is decorated inside, on the sides and on the top with scenes from the life of Joseph, in the following sequence: cover, outside: Joseph interprets the dream of the Pharaoh cover, inside: Joseph is sold by his brothers bottom, outside: Joseph and Potiphar bottom, inside: a flowery bough. Sides: the brothers report the death of Joseph to their father.
