A rectangular box of horn with a silver band inside. The cover shows a relief of gilt bronze, placed under a glass plate. It depicts a battle scene with many figures. The inscription of the scene is NAPOLEON BLESSE DEVANT RATIS- BONNE LE 23 AVRIL 1809 (Napoleon wounded before Regensburg, on the 23rd April, 1809).
