Oblong rectangular with wavy sides. On its opening cover in a field framed with rocailles are the figures of Orpheus and Eurydice. The half-naked youth plays the lyre to a similarly half-naked girl. On the upper left part of the frame a bearded head is to be seen. On the sides are two pairs of ribs and in the intermediate fields engraved roses and asymmetrical foliage on a punched base.
