Sofa: the serpentine seat rests on two cabriole feet at the front a two plain curved ones at the back. The horizontal arm rest is supported by a curved part. The high back support is divided into three fields with pierced carving at the top. Armchair: its formation is similar to that of the sofa the back support is a variant of a field that construct the back of the sofa. Chair: the serpentine seat rests on two cabriole legs at the front and square-tapered ones at the back. The back support is not upholstered but shows the same carved decoration of triple piercing at the top. The suite is a variant of Late Biedermeier Revival, enriched with Rococo elements this style was called "Neo-Baroque" in Hungary and was fairly popular both in middle class and high society.

The suite once belonged to the furniture of the Mezőkirályfalva residence of the former owner’s grandfather, Gábor Deák (b. 1847), who was a landowner in Kolozs county.
