The inside of the slanted, curved, narrow rim shows a line of roses with green leaves, enriched with golden garlands of plaited ribbons, over a gold base. The surface is decorated with a golden rosette. Marked on the bottom, in blue underglaze, with the crowned marking of the Petersburg factory, forming the initials of Czar Paul I.
