The paper cards are decorated with coloured engravings, landscapes with figures and stylised plant motifs. Marked: Blasius / Müller / Bürgl. / Kartenfab. / in / Thürnau, on 2, hearts. An unusual feature of the cards is the series of green symbols, replacing spades. The backs of the cards are decorated with a pattern of semicircles and dots, stamped with blue on a white base.
