A round plate, its surface painted in iron-red, cobalt and gold against a white base, with rich flowery decoration. The rim has similar motifs, between two gold borders.
The decoration of the plate shows the influence of the Japanese Kakiemon porcelain.
Marked on the bottom: HH in black.
