The standing rectangular plaque is divided into two fields. At the top, there is a profile portrait of a little girl, looking to the left, while the bottom field shows a child, pushing her toy pram. The plaque pictures the daughter of the artist, Dóra Maróti (her nickname was Puczi). (For the nicknames of the members of the artist's family see Cat. No. 6.2, among the inscriptions of the knotted carpet.) The plaque was described by Huszár-Procopius 1932a No. 3516, The inventory number of a copy in the Hungarian National Gallery is 56.1310-p. It was also exhibited, owned at that time by Mrs. K. Fittler, at the 1959 exhibition of ’’Art Nouveau in Hungary”, organized by the Budapest Museum of Applied Arts.
