The gourd-shaped bottle stands on a flat foot and ends in a long, cylindrical top rim. It has a stopper with a finial. The surface of the bottle is ground: wrestling figures on horseback in a wood, framed by rocaille motifs, and a coat-of-arms with an inscription "Carl regierender Fürst 1768 zu Löwenstein Wertheim".
