The egg-shaped body and the short neck of eight sections are supported by an octagonal foot. The middle of the octagonal lid is slightly domed, with a dropshaped finial. The marbled, coulé glaze is melted of bluish, grey, purple and red. The horizontal edges are white, the lid is enriched with an eight-pointed star. The edges of the foot, top and lid rim are lined with gold.
