An elongated, octagonal plate with a pierced rim, with a plaited ribbon pattern on the edge. The surface shows the profile of a lady in a large, feathered hat, set against a simple landscape. The frame of the circular picture is relief-gilt and painted in light green string-of-pearl enamel. The frame is placed in an ellipse of gilt, stylized feather ornaments.
