The three-lobed, joint, black-antiqued bronze foot supports a gilt bronze part, which is continued in a column, decorated with spiky leaves and palmettes. The bowl is placed on top of the column. Beside the bowl are three stems springing from acanthus leaves, enriched on both sides with a black-antiqued swan figure, bending its head and spreading its wings. The glass bowl has a splayed rim, and there is a cut-glass frieze on its side.
