The table stands on four cabriole legs shod with gold. The top of the legs are decorated with applied bronze decoration of foliage and shells. There is a leather flap and an adjustable collapsing mirror in the curved frieze, above the broad middle drawer. The corners of the top are rounded it is divided into three parts. The two side parts open sideways, revealing small compartments upholstered in silk. The inlaid fields of the frieze are decorated with bunches of flowers. The curved top is divided into three parts it is decorated with inlaid bunches of flowers en- framed by strap work. A dressing table of similar structure, attributed to A.M. Criaerd, can now be found in the Österreichisches Museum für Angewandte Kunst in Vienna.
